I've been meaning to send you an email for a while to thank you (and your Team) for creating the Vestri Vita website. I know a lot of work has gone into it to make it 'user friendly' for visitors to the Web Site and for the subscribers (me) via the Back Office.
I am impressed with the Support documents that have been created for us in the Back Office. The Download and FAQs sections are very good with comprehensive information so easy to follow - even for me!
For example, following the instructions I downloaded from the Support Site I have found it easy to upload Contacts - it worked 1st time! And, yesterday, I used my Contacts Database and sent a Group E-mail to selected Prospects. I have already had a response.
When I phone (occasionally) you are always extremely helpful and my queries are addressed, and invariably sorted, as quickly as possible.
I felt I had to write to you and say how your site has made a huge difference to my life. Four years ago I suffered a bad spinal injury that has left me with 3/4s of my cervical spine fused and replaced with artificial discs. I am also virtually housebound. I am no longer able to drive or get to meetings and at the time I thought it would be the end of my Neway’s business.
As an old die-hard of Neway’s. I also have the mentality of never giving up. I grasped the opportunity of subscribing to your wonderful website. I now have people Joining as preferred customers from all over the UK and enquiries and orders from Europe. I love the feeling of achievement that Vestri Vita gives me. Couple that with the opportunity of increasing my income and being in contact with new people all through the medium of the Internet.
It has given me a purpose in life again and most importantly self worth. I may have a disability but my desire stays the same.
Within the space of 1 minute this afternoon I had 2 new applications from my Vestri Vita website, they were both for Preferred Customers.
One was from a previous retail customer and the other was for an order of £122, which included 2 Convert Your Bathroom packs.
It just goes to show that if you take good advice from someone who knows what he is doing you get the rewards. I would like to thank you for all your good advice and for all your patience over this past year.
I didn't think it would be possible for me to manage my own website but with your help it has been relatively easy!
You are always available when I need you and have never once made me feel foolish for asking the most basic of questions.
Although the new Neways website is excellent I will definitely be keeping my Vestri Vita site.
